Having worked with many people with communication and swallowing difficulties throughout their careers, the team at VISTA SLT understands the impact that these difficulties have on every facet of daily living throughout the life span. We also know the benefit of holistic intervention in helping you, or your loved one, to thrive.
Our service aims to provide you, or your loved one, with the knowledge and skills you/they need to manage communication and swallowing difficulties. This might include specific therapy programmes or suggestions of strategies to reduce the difficulty.
We are committed to life-long learning to ensure that we provide current, evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Alongside this, we seek to understand the context of your, or your loved one’s, daily life when recommending any strategies so that these are feasible to put into place.

We offer in-person and remote services within a 35-mile radius of our office base in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. We may be able to offer remote services to people in other areas.
